Traditional stable facilities : accommodation, relaxation, natural fodder.
- For tired horses ; after a season's racing for example.
- Horses convalescing after cauterisation, fractures, tendon or other injuries.
- All horses spend as much time in individual paddocks as in their boxes.
- Minimum box size : 3m X 3m.
- All fodder (hay, oats, straw, grass) produced on or near the estate.
- The proximity of the sea assures good quality grass.
- Variable size individual paddocks (electric fences).
Owners may make full use of the infrastructure offered by the estate (quarry overlooking the sea, covered turnout area, arena, outdoor course).
Sea water therapy :
Injured or tired horses receive special attention:
- Walking or standing in the sea.
- Swimming in the sea with or without rider.
- Individual care with the possibility of treatment prescribed by the stable's equine osteopath.
- Seawater therapy reduces by about 40 % the time the horse is laid up.
